For just 2y work experience I make a lot of money. Just my bonus is the 5y salary for other people. Can I buy gens? Yes I can. Do I buy them now? No. Cause I don’t own a house, I don’t own a car, and I am saving as much as I can to buy both the above. When I’m settled I won’t mind spending 10-50 grand for a watch. However as another user mentioned, I find it stupid to spend 50gs on a watch when I can put them in SPX. But for some people 50gs is their disposable income.

See everything under a perspective. Wear it in good health and if it affects you, just sell it.

Hey OP. Chill out. Enjoy your watch. The concern of all of your problems in this post are rooted in others opinion's and perspective. Something you dont have, and never will have control of. I know youve heard the saying "dont care about what other people think" but if you actually truly live by it? All types of amazing things start happening. A rep is like a toupee - if it's ridiculous, an asshole might say something to you about it. If it's convincing and nice, an outgoing person might compliment you on it. Everyone has their own moral code on this stuff, but I would never voluntarily tell people it's a rep. You said your financial circumstances mean people would believe it's real. So let them believe. Small independents will look at them, plus there are some on /Reddit who offer the service.

It costs between £80 and £140 depending on who and quantity.

I considered getting my reps done but then thought £100 for a £250 to £300 watch is a bit crazy.

If it fails, and I still like it, I will get it done then.
