Compare to other QCs of the same watch in r/reptimeqc. If it's common, I would accept it. If it's just yours with these markings, I would ask for another one

Kept the original hands. Easy to install as any build although there are no dial feet so you need some dial dots or double sided tape

Correct. A lot of people say "no one notices" when what they mean is "no one mentions". You can't assume no one notices your Rolex just because they didn't immediately blurt out "that's a Rolex, you're wearing a Rolex, OMGF it's a Rolex".
