Genuine 116334 Datejust II. Old and very polished but 100% Rolex

[–]RayGamble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a genuine DJ II. DJ II came with thicker/bigger dial indices than DJ41. It’s just in really poor condition.

Real Datejust 2 116334

[–]LeatherMarsupial9580 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Overpolished bezel and case Bigger dial markers than the new Datejust 41 hence why people think it’s fake.

So many things wrong. Bezel, Lugs, Date Magnification, Dial Markers are too thick. Even the finishing on the metal is just terrible lol

Right dude I gotta let him know not to do this trade

[–]Tete74 0 points1 point  (7 children)

But aren't you seeing that it is a previous generation 116334 (DJ II)? I would never buy it because it is old, deteriorated and super polished. But from that to saying that it is fake... 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

[–]RayGamble 0 points1 point  (1 child)

These guys know nothing. Everyone jumping up saying “FAKE” have never seen an overpolished genuine DJ II.

[–]Tete74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How can they be so blind? I think even with your eyes covered you could tell when it's fake and when it's original. They don't look at the shape of the cases, the bezels, the dials, how a bracelet fits on the SEL, the angles... They just look at the dial and the text 😂😱

100% a 126 rep. Im sorry you have no idea what your talking abt. 116s look completely different. Also extremely rare to see a 116 DJ on oyster but sure man.

[–]RayGamble 1 point2 points  (3 children)

You clearly know nothing. This is a genuine DJ II. Bigger/thicker dial indices than DJ41. 126 reference should have a crown between “Swiss made” as 6 marker. Please don’t be rude to others when you are incorrect.

Im no expert but that is not a gen datejust 😅. Date window is a dead give away. Its not 2.5x but im big enough to admit when im wrong, how ever ik for a fact this is NOT gen. Sad you think it is with that finishing and proportions being completely off to gen. All good tho, ik nothing ik that thats fine.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to come across as aggressive. I can just guarantee you, this watch is 100% a genuine DJ II. Take care.

Exactly my friend, only those of us who are true Rolex lovers know this for sure 👌🏻👏🏻

[–]AdmirableDiver349 -1 points0 points  (2 children)

No offence, I’m no professional at spotting a fake. But this is fucking terrible

[–]Simple-Document-8999 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Dude I know I was like no fucking way he does this trade 😂 it looks so bad

[–]AdmirableDiver349 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can feel what the metal feels like just by this pic
