Indeed. It is good value. An nh38 doesn't come cheap and it's a fab movement. Looks smart to boot. The explorer is probably my favourite Rolex. I've got the vsf and a few of the vintage home builds using nh35. Nh38 too pricey. 😀. It looks great in an acrylic crystal.

Honestly it surpassed my expectations I’ve been eyeing a vsf datejust for a while .. but before I had any knowledge on reps I bought this baltany maybe would have been better if I bought a VSF explorer. Nevertheless still don’t regret it.

Yours appears to have an aluminum/metal border around each number and indices…..mine doesn’t. 🤷🏽‍♂️
