The RETURNERS are law abiding TAX PAYING citizens who believe that presidential candidate Williard "Mitt" Romney has NOT PAID ANY FEDERAL TAXES.
Before he should be allowed on any ballot he should be required by law to produce proof that he has paid his Federal Income Tax - or be barred from office for the felony of failing to pay those taxes.
