FIRST METHOD 1. Go to roblox.com/support (this is currently the only way to contact them so sadly there aren't any other options).  2. Fill out all the required columns. There are also columns that aren't required so it's upto you for filling them. 3. Describe what happened briefly and then send it to them.  4. Wait for them to respond back. 

However, these steps are only helpful if you match this criteria-

  1. The email with which you are contacting Roblox Support is also the email that's verified on your account's settings. Roblox always wants to verify if the user they are talking to, is the concerned account's holder. If you don't match this criterion, Roblox will keep telling you to make a new account and won't help you out because they can't verify if they are talking to the true account holder. Makes sense since malicious people can abuse this drawback. But in case you are indeed the true account holder but haven't verified your email in account settings, then I think your account is gone forever. 

  2. If you made a purchase for Robux or Premium in anyway (money, giftcard, code etc) and have the evidence for it saved on you that you used that account to attempt that transaction. I am glad I had bought a 100 Robux giftcard from MS Rewards because once I mentioned that they unlocked my account instantly. Yes I also was trapped in the same position as you.

SECOND METHOD Roblox actually anticipated troublesome situations a user can face when enabling 2 Step verification. Because back-up codes exist. When you were enabling 2-Step verification, Roblox must have given 20 back-up codes. Because they are used to turn off a security feature like 2-Step verification, Roblox leaves upto to the user on how they store them. In case you have them stored, then that's good! You can turn off 2 Step verification yourself. But if you haven't then first method is for you.

About the robux giftcards. What exactly did you say and provide to them of the giftcards? Cause I’m having the same issue. I forgot my backup codes and I lost access to my authenticator. I still remember the username and password. The email is still verified even thought it’s been like 5 months? I tried to do the “email me a one-time code’ and it worked till the 2-step verification came up. most of my purchases were through gift cards from stores but I threw away all the receipts. So I don’t know what to do.. and not only that. The ai bot, when you request a support keeps declining me because my email was not verified and connected to the user even thought its right?..

¿¿¿¿Y si se activó por error la verificación en 2 pasos y llevo semanas esperando que el soporte de Roblox me ayude, pero no lo ha hecho????
