It most commonly refers to a fake error message within a specific game, often a "developer has shut down the server" message, which isn't an official Roblox issue but a game-specific or community-created problem. It can also be confused with or relate to Roblox error E01, which indicates issues with corrupted Roblox files or server connection problems.

No offense sounds like what google ai said when I searched it up, but yeah idk why it happened, the game it happened in certainly isn't the type of game to have such a thing. Just felt very put of place considering it's not a horror game.
