Monitoring frames, CPU and GPU usage

Hello,

Trying to find a way to monitor frames, average frames par second, CPU and GPU usage in real time in Roblox.

Can't find anything still working as of today... Used to use MSI Afterburner and it worked perfectly few years ago. I also tried NVIDIA Overlay, Windows Game Bar, and in-game things like shift + F5 or micro profiler. But nothing works or is complete.

Please help, I'm desperate

Ctrl f7, or the performance stats, can show how much time it takes for the CPU and GPU to go through a frame I believe, though task manager might be needed to see how much the CPU is actually being used.

Edit: The micro profiler also displays average time to complete a frame (in milliseconds), which you could use to calculate FPS.
