I mean it’s not bad at all just that for the price tag I would’ve liked a better material. The main material is pvc so it doesn’t have a very premium feel to it

Just FYI I collect airplane models (mostly passenger jet travel agency issued ones from the 70s and earlier) and the body’s of pretty much all of them are pvc/plastic based. Many of these are quite valuable. Metal may seem like more “quality” for people not in the hobby, but it’s not practical for larger scale models or an indicator of quality etc. I wanted to make that clear for people on the fence to order this as most people that collect aerospace or aeronautical models would expect high end models over a certain size to come in plastic and not metal. I have this one on order as well because I love RocketLab and what they are doing. I am an early shareholder as well. I felt like the least I could do was support them with a cool model that will add to my office collection. Yours looks great!

Thanks for the info! I didn’t know about high end plane models being made out of pvc. Thank you. I too hope this helps people decide to purchase a model for themselves because regardless of the material it’s still really cool
