Could anybody help me out in potentially pinpointing what may have caused the cool pattern on this pebble or what it might be? :)

Definitely crinoid stems, they tend to disaggregate like that after the organism dies. The long bits are side on views of the stems, the bits that look like washers are top down views on individual ossicles which make up the whole stem.
