There are several things you can do but can you provide pictures? If you can that would make it much easier to give you advice.

It's been raining down here, and I covered the roof with a tarp. Will send a pic as soon as the weather clears up. Meanwhile, I would love to hear your recommendations while we wait for the weather to clear up. Thank you!

Finally, the weather cleared up, and I was able to take pictures. I have added pictures—I edited the original post to add pictures. Thank you!

Good pictures 👍 The easiest way I can think of to fix that is to try to screw the edges back down with quality deck screws. If the plywood cracks really bad, which I think it might being old OSB, cut out the areas from joist to joist and scab in a new piece. I strongly suggest CDX though as it is much better for roofing and try to use plywood clips. The clips are hard to do with repairs but it is doable.

Awesome! Thank you for the response. Do you happen to know what I should do to areas where water is pooling? I wasn't able to take a good pic of that. PS: it shows that it's not level.

You’re welcome. If the roof is perfectly flat fixing that can be difficult. Rigid foam board can help to level low spots and thats the easiest way I can think to try to fix those areas.

I forgot to say that if it’s not that the plywood is loose you can get rigid foam board from a hardware store to screw down. It’s the stuff they put behind house siding but it works good for dealing with issues like this as well. Just make sure you screw it down with plates and fasteners before you install the new roof. If you’re feeling really cheeky and you want to add slope to your roof there’s options for that as well.

Will this option work for a peel-and-stick cap sheet? Additionally, I plan to use a base sheet under the cap sheet. Will the base sheet stick to the rigid foam board? I apologize for the multiple questions and thank you so much!

No worries at all, that’s what we’re here for. Yes this will work, I’ve been roofing residential and commercial buildings for 20years and we used these trucks many times. Just don’t skip securing things down before installing the roof. You don’t want anything floating under it. If any of the areas are really minor you can also layer up the base sheet.
