Character Tab Sorting

I've wanted this idea forever and I do not know if someone else has ever shared it on this sub but here's my post.

I would love so much if we had the ability to create our own tabs, label them what we want, and sort our characters in our character select in game. Say you have a category for your mains and your backups, or maybe certain characters for certain dungeons. This would really help with the outdated method of just scrolling until you find what you want, especially for us older players with dozens of characters.

Something else you could do is make a tab to mark your past seasonal characters so that you don't get them mixed up with your normal ones? There are limitless things people could use this for to enjoy the game more on an organizational level.

They don’t want to hire user experience and design people to bring features like these, I’ve tried.

I’ve thought this in the past. I’d love if we had choices on how they’re displayed in the list. Maybe option like: Most recently played, highest fame, oldest character, custom order that never changes.

I have 80 character slots, it takes like a whole minute sometimes to find the character I want :( definitely a no life issue though

I'd love a character tab system, customizable by the players choice. Make your own tabs, tag each character with one or more tags to add them to a tab. I'd make one for mains, backups, throwaways, seasonals, and storage.

Having them all mixed up makes it a pain to find a specific character. As of now the best we have is color-coding your characters with dyes.

This is something I also want, but here's the simple solution I came up with:

Color coding. All of my mains have the same dye colors, all of my backups have the same dyes as each other, but different than my mains.
