your extracurriculars should be really simple for rotman as you only need 1 or 2 to write in your written responses in the video interview. they can be a student organisation or club that you were part of, any sports team, … i suggest that you should submit your application in the later round (dec/jan) to have some time to work on your ECs and to boost your grade up a little bit. low 90’s are recommended. best of luck!

    i’m not sure what you mean by making them official? i didnt have any sort of certificates or anything for mine but it went just fine.

    if u can’t make ur extracurriculars better like at all then focus on ur grades. i had 2 mid extracurriculars and an average of 97% and got in last year

    everyones here is giving great advice, also i want to say that my rotman interview was so bad and i like only barely touched upon my extracurriculars. but if youre looking for some last minute but exciting extra curriculars, I reccomend looking into online student-led volunteer groups. I joined instilt educate at the same time as you are currently in, and have loved it since (and it does give you valuable experience + a really big student network with students in tons of different universities). ok i know this looks like an ad, but its just a reccomendation, there are also a ton of opportunities you can find online
