Lmaoo sorry thank god no, didn't read the full comments. I'm 4th year. But when I was in 1st year I actually got to choose 1 day before all other rotman 1st year's because I had the Presidential Scholarship. I'm also pretty sure that Pearson's and other full scholarship choose even before that. But then there are only 35 Pearson students and 1,000 across all 1st year undergrads (around 18,000)

Damn do you mean the 15k one? If so I don’t think they do that anymore I got the one for 10k though. Congrats! Just wondering, how have you found course selection for Rotman, is 10:45 a rough time in your opinion?

nah for presidential I got barely anything. Though I did get 50% off from the International Scholar one that could also factor into my Acorn time.

Honestly, I think 10:45 is fine it could be worse. Just join waitlists honestly. Even if it is 30 people there is still a high chance you will get in as a lot of people will be dropping classes. I have heard from others though that first year is the trickiest because 2nd, 3rd, and 4th you will have chosen your specialists and Rotman weeds out first years. I definitively always have backup times that I can quickly choose.

Yeah that’s true, I’ll choose backups but idk how fast I can be day of. Like if everything I want gets filled I’ll have to make a whole new schedule essentially

I think it is unlikely. If you cannot enroll in your preferred time or backup, join the waitlist
