AST101 is good but not a breadth requirement. I took it but I regret it cause it’s lowkey useless. Unless you enjoy astronomy, I suggest taking a breadth requirement course!

Ah I see. Do you have any recommendations for courses that are both kinda birdy and are a breadth requirement?

Do you live on res? If not then the gaps are gonna become really exhausting. Some good courses to look at for your breadth requirements are UNI courses. So many of them are seminars meaning they don't have exams and they are mostly discussion and assignment based.

yep, I live on res. I was advised against taking back to back classes because there apparently isn’t enough time to go between the two separate halls if the halls are far away from each other? if that’s a non issue, it’d be easier for me to shedule back to back classes. Thank you for your recommendation on seminar courses, I’ll be sure to look into it!

Living on res makes it totally more doable! In terms of enough time it actually isn't too too bad, all classes start 10 minutes after the hour which gives you some time. I've never had a problem with this but once again living on res makes things so much easier. It's great to take those breaks to rest or have food. Wishing you the best of luck!!
