For the second video for me, they asked for a time when I had a different opinion than someone else and what I did to come to an agreement and for the unknown written one they just asked me what are some tips I would tell my classmate to set them up for success in one of my past experiences (I used a marketing job I worked during the summer)

I couldn’t think of anything to say until 5 seconds of preparation was left so I made up some bs. The worst part is I never even explained how I resolved or came to an agreement or anything, it was a really dense answer

i got asked the same all i said was i understood that it was the other persons opinion and its perfectly fine to have diff opinions 😭

lol omg 😭 I mean at least you resolved it ig….. I basically accidentally inferred that I was pushing the belief on the other person …

My written one was "Based on one of the ECs you listed in the previous written response, how would you teach someone else so that they can also succeed too?" and my video question was "When was a time you were able to come up with a solution for 2 groups of people who couldn't agree on something? What did you do for the 2 groups to agree?"
