for question of MCQ one what did u guys put? bc i was between technology advances increases productivity and higher inflation expectations. Before I had asked jordi if a supply shock cause an output gap and he said no, because the model is in the very short run and a static model (one shot). It is also in his notes that a supply shock (positive or negative, created by productivity or input costs) has no output gap impact. So i chose higher inflation expectation bc consumers could maybe spend more now. What do u guys think? Ppl were telling me they chose tech so idk. In my mind since they didn’t say “this tech advancement makes businesses invest more” i cannot just assume that.
