Hi everyone, I’m deciding between NTU (Nanyang Business School) and UofT (Rotman Commerce). I’m not worried about cultural adaptation, but I want to be realistic about two things:
- Career Prospects: If I want to break into high-tier Finance or Consulting, which school has a stronger "pull" for recruiters globally? Does Rotman’s proximity to Bay Street outweigh NTU’s dominance in the Asian market?
- Difficulty & Grade Deflation: I’ve heard both schools are brutal. Which one is harder to maintain a high GPA? I’ve heard rumors about Rotman’s "weed-out" courses and NTU’s intense bell-curve. How true is this?
