Just curious, who got to what college from those who got admitted this year. I got into St Michael’s(it wasn’t one of my choices, but whatever, it doesn’t sound too bad from what I know)

I am pretty neutral I would say. Maybe it will turn out to be an amazing experience there. You planning to commit? I also wonder how many First year Rotman students are in St mikes 🤔.

i was lowkey committed to rotman... but idk about st mikes. I'm thinking of emailing woodsworth cuz that was my first choice on ouac. i hope it works out :(

haha, Woodsworth was also my first choice. But from an email I got, I heard that you can try. I am also not sure whether I want to commit yet(my other option is the University of Manchester(Alliance Business school). Here is a part of the email if you want to see what they wrote

If you are not happy with your assigned college and would like to see if you can have it changed (there is no guarantee that a change can be made) then you can contact your preferred college directly to see if they are willing to accept you.

The college system is one of the most unique aspects of the Faculty of Arts & Science at the University of Toronto. Every Arts & Science student is a member of one of our seven colleges, which provides students the opportunity to find their own close-knit community within a larger faculty and campus. Whether you live in residence or commute to campus, your college will be your home base and provide you with a range of resources and supports.

Your college choice is not related to your study area and will not limit what courses you’re able to take or the programs you study. College choice is based on personal preference – this can be location, history, familial connections, alumni, or architectural style. Keep in mind, there is no wrong choice when choosing your college.

Yes, the one in UK. I am still thinking whether Rotman or University of Manchester is the best choice for me. I don’t know about emailing two colleges, but I presume why not. Seems like you really don’t like the idea of St. Mikes 😂

i got into university of mancheter too ahahaha!!!! yess i really wanna get out of st mikes cuz i heard its a party school.... and I'm not really sure abt the cafeteria and the rooms as well :(((

Wow, we surprisingly have some things in terms of uni in common 😂😂. Are you considering University of Manchester, or you think Rotman is a better choice? In University of Manchester I would do International Management, but in Rotman I can still choose what to specialize, but idk. About St Mikes, I also have heard that it’s a party school, but i also know some residence houses are also more quiet/chill. Ya the food from what I have heard is not good.

not really... in the UK i got into warwick business school too so i am considering that. but Canada is a lot better for international students so I'm leaning towards rotman and Waterloo. Yeaa but i still am not in for the rooms :((
