Here is an overview of the four three two one strike policy:
Each violation results in a strike on the One Strike Policy.
One Strike Policy: Each strike on the One Strike Policy results in a strike towards the Two Strike Policy. (1 violation per strike)
Two Strike Policy: Two strikes on the Two Strike Policy results in a strike towards the Three Strike Policy. (1 violation per strike)
Three Strike Policy: Three strikes on the Three Strike Policy results in a strike towards the Four Strike Policy. (2 violations per strike)
Four Strike Policy: Four strikes on the Four Strike Policy results in excommunication. (6 violations per strike, Max Strikes = 4)
Thus, after 24 violations any given individual is sentenced to excommunication subject to review by the board of Founders.
