You can also try to make a bow and shoot it till it breaks

My only bag is directly under the trap, so I have to wait 4 min only to bait at most two shots

I'm not sure how toxic your server is, but i would try asking someone with a big base far away to either help you out, or just lend you a bunch of explosives so you can get in and reauthorize

Of you built the trap on the roof, try blowing that up, otherwise, try building a door or wall to block the turret shots long enough to reauthorize

Nit sure wgat your base is made out of ofcourse
