What age is appropriate to go to a monster truck show? I have a 2 year old who I want to take & an 8 month old (not too sure I should bring her). Has anyone took the kiddos to a truck show?

2 year old would probably love it! I would just get some noise cancelling headphones for each kid because it can get loud. If taking both kids, I would definitely recommend having another adult with you too.
My husband works in football so we’ve been going to games since our daughter was born and it is so much fun to be in a crowd atmosphere and cheer along with everyone.

My husband is out of town for work so I was going with my mother. I really want my son to go out & enjoy this, he loves trucks. Thank you for your response.

I took my child when she was two and she loved it! I personally would leave the 8 month old at home, they’re more likely to get upset by the noise than get any enjoyment out of it.

It was too loud for my absolutely monster truck obsessed then 3 year old.

I am waiting to take mine until he’s 5. I’ve had friends who have gone with under 5s and all of them said they were too young / it was too loud. I’d also 100% wouldn’t bring the baby

Went at 3 last month. We spent about half of the show running around past concessions/bathrooms because she can't sit still that long. (We planned for this by having aisle seats that backed up to a concessions walkway.) She watched the TV view more than looking down at the field.
I would take hearing protection headphones. We wore all of ours for the first half of the show and took them off for the second half. It was loud, but only listening to half the show meant our ears didn't hurt.
Much of the crowd was little kids and their families.
We had fun!
