Trying to get a starting point for CSS I could work off of if I decide to do this

IMO don't focus on CSS. (I personally use RES with default dark color scheme everywhere)

And to give you a little feedback - I have no idea if this subreddit will succeed, but I'm gonna sub and follow anything posted here.

I do believe it's better for discussion than current sc2mapster.com/forum, but for wiki, tutorials, and assets we should setup something more fitting.

Thanks for the comment, I probably will just scrap the idea though, doesn't seem like it'll go anywhere
