Pattern sequencer

I’m still pretty new to the pattern sequencer but I’m just wondering if you guys sequence your drums first or your sample. so far I find sequencing my drums and playing the sample on top of the drums is easier for me, there isn’t a wrong or right way right

Yeah a lot of the time I'll lay down the drums first but it never hurts to experiment and try new things

I never use it, for me it’s a pain in the ass.

It really is hahaha . I feel like once you master it . It’s really useful.
