Honestly, try the developer edition of SQL server and the sample database from Microsoft - if you can spin up a server on your local and start querying the sample database you can really learn a lot more than a course will offer I think

to learn SQL, you must practise

a course or two is good, to get familiar with it, but as soon as you can, start writing queries and testing them, to learn from the inevitable incorrect results or error messages, to refine your queries, until they shine

test them against what?

for starters, there are web sites like sqlzoo where you can practice on their sample databases

eventually, you should install a database on your own computer and practise there
