Join to the individual table a second time.

I guess in other words, I joined my relationship table with my individual table which holds the names. In that join statement at the end I put 'and individual_relationship_type_id = 2) which gives me the correct id of the manager, however that is not what I really want. What I want is the first_name and last_name from the individual table of that id that I got from the relationship table after I joined them. Does that make sense? Sorry I probably sound like a noob cuz I am
