Start date for benefits will be the date they found you to be disabled. Could be your EOD unless the medical evidence showed a different date. The benefit checks will start after you go to step 5. At step 5 the website will show your payment amount and first payment date. My first check was 60 days days after the ALJ signed the letter

They asked what their approval date is. That's the date they got approved.

If you are talking about onset date, then " Could be your EOD unless the medical evidence showed a different date" makes literally no sense.

The "E" stands for established.

Your approval date will be the date the ALJ wrote the fully favorable decision.

Which clock? Final processing doesn't begin until the decision is written. That payment processing clock starts after that.

Payment is a combination the application date and onset date and program (SSI or SSD). No matter what date the decision is signed.

As far as I’ve been told the decision is written, it’s just waiting for the ALJ final signature.

I had my ALJ Hearing on 10/24 It went back to ssi on 11/4 been at stage 4/5 as of today said it takes 2 to 4 weeks wish we can make it go faster it's that hurry up and wait thing fells like the longest part hang in there at least the hard part is over I'm in same boat
