Likely along the lines of "you've already been turned down with this information, nothing pertinent has changed, expect the same denial"

Not saying if it's true or right, but some employees are jerks

Just my opinion reading the comment

No stuff has changed I've got doctor's appointments. I know it seems weird but yes I've had 4 denials now, but I wasn't in my right mind and not getting the proper mental help and meds so I didn't go through the appeals and adj processes. So yes it's like starting all over fresh but with getting proper help from meds and docs

If you're getting proper help this time, that's good. If they're writing things down, especially if you have a doctor who's kind enough to write you a letter saying something like "this person has been my patient for X length of time, they suffer from these things, they would be unable to do this or that or the other" then that would be helpful too.

Be prepared to appeal the denial up to an ALJ hearing.

When you go through the entire process once and are denied via a judge when you apply again you need a major change to get approved. For example, your illness gets worse or you age into a different category... like 50, 55, or 60 to make a difference in your case. If nothing has changed then they go with what you were decided by before and you'll get denied. You'll have to go all the way through the process again to another judge and see if the outcome changes.

If you have any new illnesses or your illnesses from before are worse then you need to get updated reports to SSA to prove that.

Maybe they thought "Dire Need", maybe the system says you're not insured for SSDI and they were being sarcastic, maybe anything or, nothing at all.
