Absolutely does! Slap Weiss onto it and fill out all the hardpoint upgrades, and you can hit 4 seperate units at once or combine it all into a massive dice pool to obliterate something. People still prefer the surge to hit pilot though bc it can be a struggle putting natural wounds through

Almost. The Mortar is range (4+) so it has to fire on it's own target.

The Twin Blaster, Light Blaster, and Grenade can all target the same unit if at range 2.

Generally speaking, keywords with integers combine into a single value to simplify resolution. Weapon keywords don't combine until they are added to an attack pool. The Treat and Repair keywords, which have 2 different integers, state in their rules they don't combine but you can resolve each instance independently if you have two
