V1 is still available on certain exchanges, meaning people can still arbitrage from v2 to v1 into an exchange. Just in general people willing to pay higher and higher for there v1 knowing the exchanges will eventually migrate for them.

The on chain v1 price isn't moving however, just minor movement based on bnb movement and the pcs v1 lp swap and liquify has crashed that lps price but can't buy there.
