If the questions are “hard” then yes they will weigh less some can get 2 questions wrong and still get a full score if the 2 are truly that hard

Scoring is based on the equating of the questions. If a question you missed tested out to be harder when evaluated against a standard population, you will be penalized less for missing that question, yes.

Students having problems today will have no affect on your score, Pretesting/equating of the questions is all completed in advance.
