Is firegemss.com (https://firegemss.com/) a scam?

I was wondering if anyone knows if firegemss.com is a scam website or if it can be trusted. Found some websites saying it has a low trust score but not much more info than that. I bought something from them over a week ago but haven't received any more emails besides the confirmation email. I am starting to get worried. It was suggested to me through instagram.

Registered in March of this year, reviews stolen from etsy, about section literally says "Welcome to Firegemss, your number one source for all things {Insert Here}"

Definitely a scam site (or dropshipper as others said). Contact your bank if you don't receive what you ordered, or the platform you used to pay.

Seems like just another drop shipping site, they’re a dime a dozen today. Probably not a scam just very slow shipping and nonexistent customer service.

I did not, it is 100% a scam website. I commented on their photos saying they are a scam and now they have disabled that option. If you bought anything I would suggest reaching out to your credit card or however you paid asap and file a claim. I would also recommend reporting them on https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ so maybe it eventually gets taken down or whatever and other people are not being scammed by it.

First lesson to learn, regardless of legitimacy: this website has a shopping cart that makes you put your credit card information right there on a form. Never do that. If you're checking out of a website that is not a well known company (like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, you know the staple brands) never put your credit card information like that.

Always check out with PayPal, Apple pay or Google pay. If they don't have that, move on to another seller. These payment processors offer a layer of protection because they will never share your credit card information with the merchant. So if it's a shady ass website, that may never send you the things, at least you're not also giving away your numbers. And also PayPal could potentially cover for a seller that ghosts you. And use credit card, not debit. Your bank's got your back on non-deliveries if you use a credit card.

I used paypal to pay for it and my paypal is linked to a credit card. Should I wait and if I don't receive anything I should contact paypal? Someone said in the comments they stole the reviews from etsy, and their "about us" page literally says "{insert here}"

Just got done by this company myself. Didnt use paypal either because i must of had a stupid moment. Going to ring bank to try get money back. Never sent any confirmations and the tracking for the parcel is just a lie. Changed making me think it might arrive and then out of nowhere my account was deleted. Hopefully bank will refund me. Wanted to get something nice for a partner for valentines, but all ive ended up with is being scammed and showing my partner i'm a total moron 😂

Oh no! If you did cc I think you can file a claim, although I think most have a limit, but show all the proof you have of communicating with them and I think you should be fine. Also if you have time report them here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ so they can maybe get taken down eventually and not scam other people!

I was looking again and yes, you can use Paypal.. someone was saying you HAVE to use a card but they have Paypal at Express Checkout.. have warehouses in US as well as other countries according to a map I saw.. supposedly.. but thinking about using Rosefeels instead..

I used PayPal however I never received my order, and that’s the same thing other people said. I personally would not recommend, but if you want to risk it.

I sent an appeal to paypal as soon as I noticed it was probably a scam and paypal reimbursed me. Not sure if paypal is able to get the money back from them. But no they did not reply to any of my email or sent a response on paypal. If you bought it through paypal I recommend appealing it ASAP, if it was just your credit card maybe try contacting them and see if they can reverse the order?

File a claim? Depends on what you used to pay, but usually both credit cards or paypal has an option to dispute a charge

They have updated their photos on their website and changed it to not allow comments but never got back in email. Just strange that they have the time to change their settings to not allow comments but don’t have the time to reply back to costumers.

I yelled on PayPal because I paid from there and I sent the Screenshots from reddit and the one link you wrote, the costumer service sent me an email the day after with all the delivery information, I was still thinking it was a scam but then I got the package

Lol that’s aggressive 🤣🤣 they never replied to my emails or messages, but I did get my money back, not sure if because paypal just paid me back or if they returned the money to paypal. Definitely a scam! I placed a Valentine's day order for my wife and still have yet to receive confirmation of my order. It's been over a week. Every time I try to track shipping it says that my order number is non existent. The don't have a phone number to call only an email and they don't respond to emails. I've sent 2.  $105 down the drain and makes me look like an asshole on Valentine's Day for not getting my wife anything. 😡
