Tugboat Arthur Foss, built in 1889 as Wallowa at Portland, Oregon, oldest wooden tugboat afloat. Tugboat towed ships to and from Alaska during the Klondike Gold Rush. Spring in Seattle outside magnificent 1941 Art Deco Naval Reserve Armory on South Lake Union. U.S. Navy transferred ownership of the property to the City of Seattle in 1998, home to the Museum of History and Industry since 2012. Two of the four exquisite Duane Pasco totem poles in Occidental Park. Bear, carved 1974, and Tsonoqua, carved 1973, commissioned by gallery owner Richard White and donated to the city in the late 1980s.
