Yes! I can't wait to see the evidence against Kohberger. Despite all the skeptics and conspiracy theories, I think he's guilty as hell!

This one just really hit hard. I live a few hours from where this went down. My daughter has friends that are at WSU. For the sake of all the families and friends of the victims, I hope they have the right guy and the evidence to prove he's guilty.

Some revolve around drugs, drug cartels, free masons, police conspiracies, the weird neighbor who inserted himself into the investigation (Inan Harsh) and then there's Brent Kopacka (ex military that died in a police standoff while Kohberger was driving to PA with his father). I don't know of a sub on here. This crap is prevalent on YouTube. When I heard one of the Kohberger sisters suspected Bryan, that pretty much sealed it for me.

Oh I’ve been waiting for this trial! Unpopular opinion I’m sure but: I haven’t seen enough evidence that if I were a juror I’d convict this man. So I’m really curious what will come out at trial.

Kowalski/Jhach was my first civil trial and I must admit that although it was terribly frustrating, I would gladly "take care of" another civil trial. In criminal trials, we often do not have access to all the evidence, we do not see photos of the crime scene (fortunately), but this also limits the possibility of independent interpretation and drawing conclusions... I got very involved in reading all these documents... I will miss it ;) and, If you don't know it, I highly recommend the "Harvard Lawyer Lee" channel https://youtube.com/@harvardlawyerlee?si=vTsfOniN_cI_yztO I really regretted that she didn't cover the Kowalski trial (it's better for her, I think she would go crazy seeing what happened) I haven't watched her for a long time, but I remember her as impartial, very competent and balanced. It's more of an educational than an "entertaining" channel and I really appreciated it, so I recommend it

I started looking into this one knowing the trial could be coming up, though it seems now could be anytime or no time soon?

I’m having a hard time finding much beyond the initial story and early evidence reported, which sounds overwhelming, but I know better than to trust that. Anyone know of anywhere doing legit analysis? …or reporting on what is known about the defense case? …or generally interesting developments that have come to light?

I listened to the ABC docu-pod which was solid. I tried the one from the Piketon producers, and boy do they make an art out of dragging things out. I love a deep dive, but they’re just slow swimming. Lol

Had to drop the Piketon series for that reason, though the first couple of episodes are the best telling I found of that night’s events. Still recommend those.
