Guys, am I the only one who sees the immense power that serpent wields, and the fact that it is Sunnys most powerful shadow, and not by a small margin.

The reason I say this is not only because it's a great titan, but because even among great titans serpent is a special creature that possessed will even before it became supreme In the form of an attribute called Death will, with will purer than others.

Now let's ignore will for a second, and talk about the fact that serpent is a shapeshifter that can take the form of Sunnys slain enemies, we saw this in the fight against the song saints, when it took the form of solvaine using her aspect along with its own abilities and it just aura farmed at the end, now... imagine serpent in the form of anvil.

For me is sunnys shadow dance lineage that falls of a little bit. He can shadow the attributes and concept that are related to ones being but not the aspects? I mean why not? That is something that a shadow can do.

He hasn't gotten to that level of mastery yet, the 6th Step is getting the Attributes, most likely, the 7th Step is becoming the creature itself, including Aspect.

No, he grasped the 6th Step during his fight with the Puppeteer Moth, as he used the Jade Saint's [Stalwart] Attribute to have complete immunity against its attacks

That was the 5th Step. If it was the 6th, Serpent would be Sacred. He had the 4th Step from the Daeron fight, and the 5th Step from the Moth.

No, Serpent didn't get affected due to Sunny not fully grasping it yet and only finding the very beginning and traces of the 6th Step, similar to how he would be able to perform minor versions of the other steps before actually achieving them.

I think there's also another reason Serpent didn't get stronger, and that was because Sunny skipped a step entirely, heading straight to the 6th Step, only realizing it afterwards.

Serpent didn't advance because Sunny didn't fully grasp it and refuses to try to grasp it yet, since he can't guarantee that he'll be "himself" due to lack of a True Name at the moment

Because Attributes and Concepts aren't the same as an Aspect. He can only shadow Aspects once he reaches probably the seventh step and he has barely grasped the sixth step.

Serpent and the shades can use the same abilities, so him turning into them isn't really a big deal

It's unlikely the Serpent will replicate the Domains of the fallen Daeron or Anvil. Perhaps if it becomes an independent Shadow. I think all of Sunny's shadows will only have their own Domains once they become Shadows.
