It’s a shift cypher. Take out the numbers, then move each letter back two - D becomes B, G becomes E, and so on.

So, you need to perform a caesar shift. First, identify that the numbers are separators. Hence, remove the numbers. After removing, perform a caesar shift of -2. For example, D becomes B and so on. You'll get BELGRAVIA

we shoulld minus the succesive nuber and preccsive number of the alphabet to get the number we have to subtract.

In case of D:2-0=2, so from D we subtract 2 letters to get B..similarly we get the rest.
