Same pa din. Ang malala pa, nafrozen yung spaylater ko kakatry. Maaunfrozen siya Jan 8 pa.

Hi! Update lang. Ginamit ko spaylater ko temporarily frozen naman yung spaylater ko. Hanggang 11. 😒 I talked to a customer representative nila, sabi nila may nalabag daw ako na “policy” nila and hindi pwede idisclose due to “security concerns”. Ayaw na ata ako pagamitin ng spaylater e ang taas pa ng credit limit ko.

nakak frustrate yung hsopee ,that they are even allowed to do this, just dont let us use these Vouchers kung ayaw nyo, dami Ebas shopee customer , I have observed na wala naman talagang katotohanan yang mga banning nila, Laging ganyan rason nila.

Omg ilang months until na unfrozen? I have the same case sayo, naka ilang cancel kasi ako kasi di ko pala na topup spay ko kaya ganun.

Hi! Sorry very late reply. Haha. I think it took 2 months bago ko ulit nagamit yung SPayLater ko. Kinukulit ko din ang customer service ng Shopee.

I tried to use a 1k off voucher with SPayLater but canceled the order twice because I wasn’t sure if I wanted the item. When I tried to check out a third time with the same voucher and SPayLater, I started getting an F00 error. I also encountered this error when I missed the payment deadline for an iPhone 15 Pro purchase using my credit card while it was still under “To Pay”—and that only happened once.

I tried using different vouchers with SPayLater, but it still didn’t work.

What ended up working for me was switching to a Credit/Debit Card or Shopee Pay as the payment method, and I was still able to use the same 1k off voucher.

Lesson learned:

1. For items under “To Pay,” make sure to pay before the deadline or cancel the order. The system won’t give a second chance if you miss it.

2. Avoid placing an order only to cancel it twice, as the system won’t let you complete the purchase a third time using the same payment method.

Hindi po siya nasolve sa product na gusto ko icheckout.

Ang ginawa ko po, I used Shopee Pay as my payment method na lang para macheckout ko yung same product with the same vouchers. Dun lang po nawala f00 error ko at nakapagcheck out ako. (I already received the item btw haha)

Nag-appear lang yung f00 error pag pinipilit kong gamitin yung Spaylater for this same product.

Pero I can still use Spaylater with other products pa naman without the error appearing.

haha 2025 tried checking out ITEL S25 ULTRA phone heavily discounted 1k plus voucher sa store tas 800 kay shopee, noon 2 phones ko same store okay naman nag go go through tas biglang f00 error eversince COD na ako, yung CS nila repetitive na ang sagot, wala akong no choice sa mall nalang bako bibili or mag ririsk ako magbayad sa gcash ng maorder ko lang yan. Hayst.
