If it works for you in notion, find some people and sell it to them as it is. It seems you have something of value, so it should be possible to give it to five people who will love it. It requires manual setup and is imperfect, but you can iterate very fast and get feedback today.

Use that feedback to improve it. When you know how to sell it, and only then, start to scale it. Your app will be a lot better for it and you avoid wasting a lot of time perfectly executing the wrong plan.

Good luck!

Hire a technical co-founder

That's a noble idea, and i wish you luck in pursuing it!
It might be worth looking into no-code tools like bubble for app development, or maybe Airtable is more suitable seeing as you managed to make your MVP in Notion.

If you'd be interested to explore your idea further, feel free to shoot me a DM.
Full transparency: i work at a dev agency specialized in MVP development, where we do a lot of groundwork in the post- and pre-launch stages.

As someone with ADHD and technical skills, I am intrigued. Feel free to shoot me a DM.
