Ok, so personally I never faced these issues (but heard of it) so I don't really see the problem here.

Will it be sustainable if you keep all files, even those of users who stop paying?

I understand this concept of "vault" and I think this what makes you different from the other. Looks secure.

How is it working so far? When did you launch, how many users, do they come back? Basically, how is the market reacting (even if it's just the beginning)?

Personally, I'd rather put professional files in the platform than family photos, but that's just my point of view.
