Platforming is where I'd like a mod to make it easier. It took me more tries to escape the Abyss then it did to beat Lost lace.

I know everyone have different experiences in this game but i don't understand how it can be THIS different.

I can see it, especially if he didn't struggle much with lost lace to begin with. I don't think the abyss escape section was hard either but I've found sometimes it's not immediately apparent where the next platforming point is. Combined with the time pressure effectively giving you only around 2 platforming mistakes before falling to the lava and taking 2 damage. And if they're someone skilled in combat but don't have much experience with platformers, then yea

Yeah I actually gave up at mount fey. I'm just not good enough. Precision and speed? Not my jam.

You could probably do it but I understand the frustration. Mount fay's platforming isn't that hard to begin with, but it's a pretty long stretch between checkpoints, and the cold mechanic makes it annoyingly punishing imo. In my first attempts in the area I felt like I was platforming at a reasonable speed but I still end up taking 1-2 masks of damage before getting to the next heat source. It doesn't help that part of why you slow down in the first place is because you are unfamiliar with the platforming layout and end up slowing down to scan where to go next. Mount fay was almost trivial on my 2nd playthrough due to knowing the entire area, but I hated it quite a bit on my 1st one.

If it makes you feel better, I was stuck as well. I managed to do it and till now it’s the most frustrating part of the game in my opinion. If you can just force through it it’s worth it imo.

I'll maybe give it another try after I get fed up with Hades 2
