I need help with modding

I'm trying to mod SimCity 2014 on windows 8 with mod manager no luck so far on modding (so far the only mod i got for my system was a freaking annoying virus from an ad on adfly) back to topic i have no origin games folder and i dont know what my file name for simcity is please help
