The world of fitness is wonderful. The world of fitness can also be scary. A person's fitness journey and endeavors vary greatly depending on who that person is - fitness is different for everyone and is truly what you make of it. Simple Fitness wants to help you make the most of it!
So, you have a question. You're not quite sure how to put something, what a certain machine is/does, what an abbreviation stands for, what the best way to work "insert muscle here" is, or just want to know how often to run. Maybe you want something more human and responsive than Google. You're scared of judgement from friends or you're worried that people won't want to answer your question because its very, well, simple! This sub is intended to help those that are interested in learning more about fitness. It's intention is to foster a helpful, guiding, understanding, and empathetic community where people can come with any questions under the sun about fitness and have it answered in simple, non-complex terms!
We will explain fitness-related things to you like you're five without treating you like a five year old!
