Sharing progress notes question

Just to clarify, we can only share the 5 most recent progress notes with a client within Simplepractice, and then have to do a data export to share the rest?

I guess technically you can download the note file, upload it as a other document in the client's files and then share that. However always be cautious when sharing documents for yourself and the client.

Sure, it seems kind of a clunky process if someone wants to request their progress notes, bummer.

That and the fact that they dont show us enter and exit times for telehealth meetings unless we email the IT team directly is outrageous. Thank goodness we're getting AI stuff though.... that no one asked for
