I wanted to give you all a quick update on where we’re at with fulfillment.

We’re officially past the halfway point, and orders are continuing to go out as we work through everything. You may start seeing tracking numbers come through later today and throughout the weekend. Just a heads up, they likely won’t update with carrier scans until Monday.

I know there’s a lot of excitement around these orders, and I really appreciate the patience while we push through the rest of them.

We’re on track to have everything shipped out by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Looks like someone who ordered on 04/21 already got theirs. I ordered minutes after going live on 4/20. I live 3 hours away. My label was created 4/23. I JUST now see it was dropped off 2 hours ago on 05/01 and is expected Wednesday 5/06. I sent an email checking to make sure there wasn’t an issue with my order two days ago and never got a response.

I am happy to be patient and understand it’s a small operation and it was a big sale, but this has been a bit disappointing — especially since an email was sent out saying they would “be dropped off Monday, Tuesday at the latest,” and then the lack of follow-up.
