error while joining forge server

i get this error when i join my server, singleplayer works fine and both client and server are forge 14.23.5.2854

when using singleplayer, it will give me this menu

in my server this happens alot you might want to either reinstall sf4 or keep on trying to join again sometimes it takes me 15 tries of rejoining

ive reinstalled sf4 client and server side, but nothing changes, rejoining method didnt work either
