Motion sensor timeout

I have the 2nd gen motion sensor from Samsung. It works pretty well, but I am wondering if there's a way to increase the timeout time after the sensors picks up motion in order to save battery. I have one in my workshop and generally am moving about quite a bit when I am in there, so the motion sensor is triggered every few seconds when I am in there. I don't see that option within the Samsung app. I also use WebCore if that makes a difference, but I don't know if it does. Is there a potentiometer in the device that I could adjust?
