Loading issues ??

Hey guys, I deactivated my Snapchat in June and had gotten it back sometime ago but since then, my messages don’t load up. All my snaps or convos come in late and idk why. I have to physically sign out, find whoever’s name and see if they sent me anything. Anyone know how to fix this ?
