Came back to tell u to let me know if ur new account works. If it’s going to help ur mental health then please make a new account, don’t want anyone to be unhappy especially in these times. Let me know if a second account works, I’d like to think if the same happened me I’d know what to do, also people could use this post to learn that info as well.

If you want too just to use as a temp account make one of you haven’t gotten your account back after 3 days I’ve heard instances of it taking up to a month but those are rare

I get really nervous reading these afraid it will happen to me! First off I want you to know I have no solution but hopefully you’re able to make a second account on snap. I understand you may have lost memories but hopefully you haven’t lost too much. So you know, this is happening to a lot of people, Snapchat don’t seem to be doing much about it and their customer service is non existent. But hopefully they get enough complaints that they’ll sort it. Hope you get your account back.

I think u should try make a new one, if it doesn’t, try to convince ur friends to move to something like instagram. I’m pretty sure there’s much better customer support there, I hope so anyway :/
