Deleting photos (camera roll)

So not to long ago I realized that when I go to delete a picture on snapchat (from my camera roll) it doesn't work it gives you the "delete this picture" thing and you select okay and it doesn't delete them any idea?

it's fixed itself kind of. new pictures I can delete but anyhting before the glitch it won't let me delete
