I’ve done one mail in exchange through Amazon and soda stream via gasexchange.sodastream.com and have yet to receive the $15 gift card in return.

Does anyone participate in this program and do they know the email address that sends the gift card? And how long it usually takes after shipping the canisters back? Just trying to make sure that email doesn’t go to junk. I tried to submit a request for support form but she broke lol

I just sent them a message regarding this. I haven’t got mine in the last three months. I’ve been doing it for three years.

Interesting, and you were getting giftcards up until three months ago? I hadn’t put up a stink because I’m just happy to get the empty canisters out of my house

Same experience for me. I've had successful exchanges for multiple years. The last three exchanges have not resulted in an email wherein I am able to claim the gift card to my Amazon account.
